Do you charge extra for the pickup and delivery service?
No. We don't charge extra for delivery service on our regularly scheduled routes.

What do I put my clothes in?
You can put your clothes in the personalized garment bag we provide.

What type of items can I send with the driver?
You can send household items for cleaning, alterations and repairs, dry cleaning, and laundry.

Do I need to be in the office or at home when the pick-up or delivery is made?
No, our driver will pick up and deliver your items at the location you specify at the time of requesting the service. During the first pickup, we prefer someone be available so that we can meet you in person. You can choose a designated area where we can pick up or leave your bag at the time of delivery when you're not at home.

When will my order be picked up and dropped off?
We offer pickup and delivery Monday through Friday. If you need regular visits scheduled (up to twice per week), call or email us, and we'll assign a delivery day to you.

What about holidays and schedule changes?
During holiday weeks or emergency weather situations, we will inform you about any changes in our pickup and delivery times.

What do I do with all my extra hangers?
If you have extra hangers that you don't need, please hand them to our driver.

How do I make special requests?
If you have any special instructions, please leave a detailed note in your bag. Be sure to identify the specific garment along with your instructions.

What mode of payment do you accept for this service?
Your cleaning will be charged directly to your credit card. You can contact our plant for more information about business charge accounts.
