Q: Is there any extra cost for the pickup and delivery service?
A. No. There are no additional fees for delivery service on our regularly scheduled routes.
Q: What do I put my clothes in?
A. We will provide you with a personalized garment bag.
Q: What kinds of items can I send with the driver?
A. Dry cleaning, laundry, household items for cleaning & alterations & repairs.
Q: Do I need to be home or in the office when the pick-up or delivery is made?
A. No, our driver will pick-up and deliver at the predetermined location you specify. We prefer someone be available on the first pick-up so that we can meet you in person and select an area for you to leave your bag and where we can leave the order when you are not home .
Q: When will my clothes be picked up and dropped off?
A. We currently operate our routes Monday thru Friday. Regular visits can be scheduled (up to twice per week) or you can call us or email us when the need arises. We will assign you a delivery day (s) depending on your location.
Q: What about Holidays?
A. We will inform you about schedule changes for pick-up and delivery during holiday weeks or emergency weather situations.
Q: What do I do with all my extra hangers?
A. If you would like to recycle your hangers, you may return them to your driver
Q: What do I do about a special request?
A. Just leave a detailed note in your bag with your request. Please identify the specific garment along with your special instructions.
Q: How do I pay for my cleaning?
A. Your cleaning will be charged directly to your credit card. Business charge accounts may be established by contacting our plant at (808) 593-1110.
Q: How do you keep my credit card information safe?
A. We use the latest encryption and authentication services for all of our web transactions so that your credit card information remains safe.
Q: What do I do if I have a problem when I get my clothes back or if I have an emergency cleaning problem?
